There's no reason to continue to live in fear of what I call the Chihuahua Effect, where you've got this tiny number of very vocal, annoying people. I mean, I did a poll on Twitter, where I said "If you have an issue between gender and sex, and you have two groups that could adjudicate it, where one is gender studies, and one is biology, who would you trust?" Well, 50% of the comments are like, "Oh my god, you don't even get the difference between gender and sex," "You're so offensive," "You're so backward," "Thanks, Grandpa,"', blah, blah, blah. Also comments about my hair, which I really don't understand. The only thing is, is that 50% of the comments didn't correspond to the 60,000 people who wrote in, where only 5% of them trusted gender studies over biology, right? So this is the whole thing, which is that you're living in a gaslit illusion.

Well, here's what I would recommend to the people who traffic in the "outrage porn", as you're calling it. That's a relatively small community, but it's very noisy. So I call it this the Chihuahua Effect. The Chihuahua Effect is a very, very small group of people making a tremendous amount of noise, making you think that they're enormous. Alright. So for the tiny minority of people who have nothing better to do that than to try to take down people who are trying to be constructive and trying to think through these sorts of things, you have to talk to them in the exact language that they speak.
