Things we need to fix

• We've started getting spam. Now it's time to lock down new user creation or it will get out of hand.

• Mobile isn't good at all.
  • KevB-ing (talk)-- I think the Timeless skin (included as an option by default) may work better on mobile than the OOTB default Vector skin. Also, a Timeless Dark skin is available as an added extension (having both would allow for toggling between with some consistency).
