To upscale or not to upscale?

This file may benefit from upscaling...

Compared to the piece above it, the image looks pixel-y

User:Boqu do you still have the original? Would it be worth recreating? The image could just be scaled down, but the definitions in the image arguably mean it should remain as large as the wall.
