Editing Interoperability and Exclusion

Discussed with Sam Harris on [https://theportal.group/11-sam-harris-fighting-with-friends/ The Portal Ep 11], "Interoperability and Exclusion" are the necessary counterparts to "Diversity and Inclusion".

Never roll down your window? Don’t drive? Move states? Size up drivers based on appearance?
