Masculinity: Difference between revisions

|content=@Shivviness Do you even realize what you are suggesting?? If women enjoyed reserving their affections for victors, it would be *women* selecting for toxic masculinity based on natural and sexual selection!!! Which is impossible.  

Clearly he’s not in constant touch with his emotions, so I suppose that’s some serious toxic masculinity on display for us all. Whatever the hell that means.  

Toxic masculinity...oh brother. What a weird time this is.

|content=Stop fearing yourselves. Channel your masculinity towards the light whenever possible. You won’t win every battle with yourselves. But we needed to stand up for you a long time ago and let this man hating idiocy get way out of hand. That’s on us and we can do better. Good luck.👍

|content=I toured a lot of schools recently and became aware from looking at signs posted on walls that some of you are being constantly raised with a message that all your masculinity is somehow toxic. That is exactly as true, and as false, as femininity being toxic. No more &amp; no less.

|content=This is a very very important question. “Can masculinity be redeemed?” We all agree: Men have done bad things. Women on the other hand give life &amp; are positive. It seems a paradox. And yet some brave women now argue that men may be redeemable! It seems a slim hope. Dare to dream.

Not all masculinity is toxic.

|content=I think with this, I’m just done with “toxic masculinity” forever.

|content=There is a lot right with traditional femininity and masculinity. This is unconscionable to erase the sacrifices of traditionally masculine men for humanity, country, family and the most vulnerable.  

|content=Stop trying to get clicks. The reaching out is real. And it is not toxic masculinity.  Nor is it narcissism. So, that was kind of a nasty straw-man you just built. Maybe think a bit more next time? I don’t know you Rebecca, but I hope they reach out to you too, whoever you are.🙏

Imagine that masculinity was net *positive*, and positively perceived by many...perhaps even most...heterosexual females. Imagine that European culture was also overwhelmingly net positive, and was perceived to be so by many black, asian and latino people. Imagine that Judeo-Christian values were net positive, and were perceived as being so by a majority of atheists.

Imagine that "Weaponize Masculinity." was actually a pretty AMAZING and effective election year slogan. Edgy. Positive. High Energy. Confident. Pro-safety. And all the right people will hate it ensuring maximal exposure.
