|content=For how this works, I wrote a paper explaining it in the case of [[Immigration|immigration]] that has very little math in it (I.e. the underlying math is hidden by moving it from formulae to pictures) so everyone can understand it. 

To make it into an AI free market solution, change Foreign Worker to “AI system” and the idea mostly just goes through mutatis mutandis:

The average person is being taught to hate the tiny number of experts he has on his side who could negotiate this deal. Look up [[Coasian rights|Coase]]. I cannot believe that a tiny number of my friends and colleagues from my time in the bay area are just going to go for it.
