No. I envy them. 

The only thing we have going for us at the moment is that they haven’t moved more quickly and boldly with more resources. And it’s just a matter of time. We are being idiots.

|content=Pay attention to this. The CCP is watching us destroy our own technical infrastructure. If I were the PRC I would start shopping for top academics who are alienated from their own western Universities.
